Shipping & Returns Policy

At Joyride Snowboards, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. 

Processing Time:
    • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
    • Custom or personalized orders may take longer; estimated processing times will be noted at checkout.
 
Shipping Rates & Delivery: 
    • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
    • Estimated delivery times: 
         • Domestic (within the U.S.): 3–7 business days
         • International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing
    • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Shipping Restrictions: 
    • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.
    • Certain international locations may have additional restrictions or fees.
 
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right. 

Return Eligibility: 
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
    • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
 
How to Return an Item: 
    • Contact our Customer Service team at support@joyridesnowboards.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • You will receive a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.
    • Ship the item securely with a traceable shipping method.
 
Refunds: 
    • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges: 
    • Exchanges for a different size or model are processed as a return followed by a new order.
    • Contact Customer Service to initiate an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items: 
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
    • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
