Snowboard Warranty Policy

Effective Date: July 28, 2025

1. Warranty Coverage

Joyride Snowboards warrants all snowboards purchased from an authorized dealer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
 
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What Is Covered
The following issues are covered under this warranty if they occur during normal use: 
   • Structural cracks in the board’s core NOT caused by impact. 
   • Delamination or separation of the board’s materials (excluding impact damage). 
   • Defects in the factory-installed edges or sidewalls. 
   • Defects in the topsheet, base, or graphic application that are not cosmetic in nature. 
   • Binding insert defects or pull-outs caused by faulty manufacturing.

3. What Is Not Covered
The following conditions are not covered under this warranty: 
   • Damage caused by rocks, rails, boxes, gates, trees or any other impact-related obstacles. 
   • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, chips, and cosmetic blemishes. 
   • Edge cracks, dents, or pull-outs caused by impact. 
   • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect. 
   • Warping, delamination, or damage caused by improper storage (e.g., excessive heat, moisture). 
   • Damage from improper tuning, drilling, or modifications. 
   • Boards purchased from unauthorized dealers, second-hand, or through auction sites.

4. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:
   1. Contact the authorized Joyride Snowboards dealer where the product was purchased, or contact Joyride Snowboards directly at warranty@joyride-snowboards.com or fill out the warranty form below.
   2. Provide:
           • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). 
           • Detailed description of the defect. 
           • Clear photos showing the issue and the full board.
   3. Our warranty department will review your claim and may request the product be returned for inspection.
 
5. Resolution
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed:
   • The snowboard will be repaired or replaced with the same or a comparable model. 
   • If an identical replacement is not available, a similar model of equal value will be provided. 
   • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to the warranty center; Joyride Snowboards will cover return shipping of repaired/replaced items.

6. Limitations
This warranty is the exclusive warranty for Joyride Snowboards and is in place of any other warranties, expressed or implied.
